Quick question - For any of you who have taken either the CIR or ACIR course to you experienced any benefit in having those letters after your name?

We all know its common to put MBA.PMP.CHRP etc after your name do you believe that the CIR name will become overused as its an easy check mark on the list of things to do? or is it still too new that people do not understand what it means.
