Looking for a IT Recruiter/Sourcer in Philadelphia PA

We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer. The person should have at least 1-2 years in technical recruiting preferred. If the individual demonstrates a solid recruiting background we are willing to train as well.

Compensation is based on experience with an aggressive commission schedule as well.
