Emotional Intelligence Assessment Tools

My company uses a couple of assessment tools during the pre-hire process for sales people. I have been asked to look into the possibility of adding an additional tool for assessing the emotional intelligence (EI) of these sales people.

I have a couple of questions:
1. Does a turnkey solution exist or will something need to be created?
2. What vendors provide this type of assessment?
