Reporting to the Director, Human Resources the Senior Recruiter will complement the HR department's efforts by focusing exclusively on outreach and pro-active recruitment of candidates for employment to the Collega/Civello group of companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop creative recruitment strategies and solutions to source, attract and hire quality employees
Conduct specific and directed research and outreach to targeted candidates
Create job descriptions/postings in conjunction with hiring managers
Develop and implement proactive recruitment and selection strategies
Responsible for the recruitment process including sourcing, screening resumes, and in depth interviewing
Assist management with hiring decisions
Develop, manage and expand existing candidate and client relationships
General Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience at an agency or like position
CHRP designation coupled with a university degree
Professional and articulate with superior relationship building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely detail oriented and thorough with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bilingualism, French and English, would be an asset
