The IT Recruiter will be primarily responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best and brightest IT talent using a national scope. The IT Recruiter will utilize creative sourcing and sound, end to end, recruitment methodology to pinpoint, screen, and present candidates in the areas of: SW Development, Programming, Network engineers, and Systems Administration.
1-2 years full life-cycle experience recruiting/sourcing in the professional services industry, preferably IT.
Develop diverse and qualified applicant pools from multiple sources including web sites, referrals, and niche job boards.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and interact with client service leadership and program managers.
Exceptional client service, teaming, and communication skills.
This position is direct and in a corporate setting, not an agency.
