Hello. HR Search Firm, a nationally award-winning retained search firm specializing in the placement of HR professionals with offices in Denver, Houston, and Dallas, has been retained by a well-established Investment Firm located in Santa Fe, New Mexico to identify candidates for their newly created Recruiter role. This position will be responsible for implementing the organization's staffing function and will be expected to be "hands-on" performing full life cycle recruitment for the company's openings.

Our client is looking for someone with 5-7 yrs. of recruiting experience, with experience working for an organization known for best practices within their staffing function. A Bachelor's Degree is required and an advanced degree and/or HR certification is highly desired. This is a great opportunity to build the talent acquisition function, from the ground up and have high visibility within an organization.
