Innovating and Creating a Scout role. I need to network for referrals.

Hello everyone. I have created a role on my team for a "Scout Recruiter" and in a nutshell this will be similar (only similar) to pipe-building but w/ an actual goal of trending and building hubs and spokes into our core competencies across the country. The role interacts w/ our C and V level leaders to define market targets and build research and map trends in addition to establishing relationships w/ industry leaders in our core areas. The object is to market/brand our company w/ these leaders and network w/ their networks. I need a blended individual w/ serious years of headhunting/leadership (not afraid to call BS on a C level or call into the executive suite of a company). I would like to know who you know in the Seattle area or moving to the Seattle area (sorry no relo).

Also, any blogs recommended for this to network?
