Not certain if this 'qualifies' as a perk, but I always ensure that candidates leave with company paraphenalia - coffee mugs, baseball caps, company anniversary book, etc. Additionally, I always have candidates who are relocating meet me for dinner, spend half a day with a realtor. This experience gives candidates an opportunity to see the area and understand the lifestyle that is available working in the midwest.
