Hi,

I am a senior headhunter in the banking sector and my client has asked me to assist them with the compensation structuring for mid to executive level employees for a new business.

We need to provide them a plan for implementing compensation schemes that include stocks & vested shares etc. and advice on appropriate compensation packages.

I am interested in talking to experienced consultants who have this sort of experience and might want to colloborate on this small project.
