Locate, recruit, hire and assign information technology and engineering professionals to fill customer contract requirements.
Coach and develop other recruiters to achieve professional success.
Partner with Account Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting strategic business goals.
Drive the recruiting quality improvement process.
Mentor and develops Recruiters to assist them in achieving their objectives.
Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult/critical skill sets.
Source, contact, interview, prepare resumes and checks references for interested, qualified candidates by following recruiting policies and procedures.
Facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with Account Managers and by following hiring policies and procedures to meet recruiting objectives.
Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters.
Proactively market qualified candidates to customer requirements and profiles; proactively markets bench candidates.
Interact with candidates on all issues until hire.
Gather candidate background information, enter information into the database, and maintain database.
Promote and maintain a positive image of Corporation.
· Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies.
