Hello all. I'm looking for a Long or Short Term contract (rate, not just commission) working virtually from my home office in Cleveland. I have 10+ years of experience in the Recruiting, Sourcing, and Business Development areas (*IT / Engineering are the core strengths).

I have been a contingency recruiter since 1989 but am considering contract recruiting. Can you gived me some idea as to how the market is and what the typical hourly rates are? Like you, I specialize in IT professionalsprofessionals and engineers.
