ResumeZapper - A BUST!

So I am not sure if other have been using resume zapper, but they recently chopped my account. Their reason? I am a third party recruiter. Although their website clearly states this is ONLY for third party recruiter, I seem to be not qualified. Has anyone else experience this? If so, how did you approach this?
