Search firms and recruiting for new office in China
Transcom is planning on opening a sales office in Shanghai in September or October of this year with plans to open a call centre early next year. The first phase of this project requires a Business Development Manager in Shanghai and I need to locate a search firm with experience on the ground in China. Next phases will include additional sales people and call centres over the next 12-18 months.
I am also looking for some assistance regarding compensation packages for senior managers in China, my research shows this will be very different than even our sites in Manila.
