My favorites are the first one at the top with the .com in the bubble and The one of RecruiterGuys that spells it out, RecruitingBlogs.com on top and tag line, social networking for recruiters below.

Lots of good stuff here though!

I like most of the submissions and regardless which one is picked a tag line is needed. The name RecruitingBlogs.com can give off a notion that one must be a blogger. Us users know that to not be the case but this logo is as much to market the site to new people as it is to brand the site.

Recruiter Guy's tag line "The Social Network For The Recruiting Industry" must be (humbly I suggest) included with any logo.

I like the RecruitingBlogs.com but try it with Everybody's (or Everyone's) Talking in the bubble. No guy w or wo a tie. The white/blue color combo looks clean and sharp.

I dont' know I like the tie. I like the smaller logo with the catch phrase beneathe it, "Recruiting Powered by Community"That has my vote
