Mindy,

You might have better luck joining groups specific to fashion and retail on Linked In. Or do keyword searches on Linked In to find talent in those industries and reach out to them to help put the word about a job you are trying to fill.

Monster has always been best for me for creative types of people, but retail and fashion is kind of tight lipped world and the best folks don't post their resumes. They don't want their business on the street.

Thanks so much for this info! This will really help me! I will try Linked In today. I am so glad for any helpful hints filling these types of positions can be tricky sometimes!
