You really can't go wrong though in your price range if you go with a brand you know.

I run cbiz on a Dell laptop, the Inspiron E1705, it was just under $1200 I think and has a nice big 17" screen, which I love. You don't need a ton of power to run cbiz though, I've had it on the smallest lamest old desktop and cheap laptop before I bought this one about a year ago, and knock wood, so far it's been great. The support is excellent too. I haven't had any issues yet, but did have a question and they were fast and friendly.

If I start out on my home pc...and grow my data base....Is it easy to transer C-Biz and the data base to my laptop?? How portable is the database? Easy to transfer to another computer??
