Thanks for sharing Rob - so true...so true....the art of listening, clarifying and communication for a consultant is skill #1 - yes, those are co-dependent skills! My nephew just added that "Jimmy fell down the rollercoaster"....another outcome ;-).

Wow, Utterly Classic!!!!!!!!!! This is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time!!!!!

And to think that many assume this to be only software development? Yeah, right . . .

Rob, you know more than anyone that this can be the situation surrounding many Strategic Sourcing programs as well. :)
