Hello,
I'm a RN who works as a Healthcare/Nurse recruiter nationwide normally helping hospitals or healthcare facilities recruit their staff. I usually work virtually but sometimes visit the facility I'm helping to tour their site and the city. I work closely with the Managers and the HR staff and take on the role of additional recruiter to their team. I can give you more detail after you review my resume if you're interested.

I've been recruiting for 15 years and understand all aspects of candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and client company interactions. My specialty has been the high-tech arena - not technical placements, but rather mid- to upper-level execs in sales, marketing, product development, product marketing, advertising, and so on.

I'd like to move into another arena and healthcare is interesting to me and of course, the search methodology is the same.
