Judi,
I recruited the leaders for Gateway's human factors department. Most recently, for the Washington Speakers Bureau, I placed a Director of Interactive Media and a VP Product - both people will work together to develop online learning products.
I work out of a virtual office in Florida and have worked virtually since 1993 - sourcing talent even before there was an Internet.
