Are the Big Job Boards Withering Away?
I get to talk to corporate recruiters everyday regarding their online recruiting efforts and more recently I have noticed a verbal backlash against the big jobs boards. Is it just me or are the big boards truely loosing their luster/effectivness and opening the door for new internet recruiting strategies?

Not wanting to hijack this away from Ken's original question, but one of the major issues with any professional endeavor is exactly the failure to plan and measure; measuring after the fact is rarely done and the result is that notions of reality stand unchecked. SCIP is one place; more are here.
