this is true, however it becomes a very manual task, sending 1 at a time. I dont know about you but the more we can automate/delegate it increases our phone time :)

Perhaps those that paid to post their jobs were getting too many people recommended by recruiters looking for fees when they posted the job specifically to try and fill it themselves and avoid paying a fee. As much as LinkedIn is a tool for recruiters it is also a tool for Managers and HR to fill their own jobs without us and the way things are right now people aren't looking to spend money for a posting and then spend more money for someone referring someone unless its an internal employee.
