I've recently been tasked with identifying a General Manager to head up our Digital Media company in Shanghai and was hoping for a little guidance from the group.

Currently I advertise with several expat sites in Shanghai, as well as Consumer Electronic pubs, i.e. Nikkeibp

As far as 2.0 is concerned, I'm doubtful this candidate would be on Sohu, but plz correct me if I'm wrong.

I would greatly appreciate any sites, search strings, blogs, pubs, and resources that any of you have found to be successful.
