Seeking Technical Staffing experience in Las Vegas

We have an immediate need to expand our Las Vegas office and we are looking for a Salesperson to join our team. Our mission is to locate a self motivated individual that understands the value of relationships and wants to be part of our success.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Generating qualified job orders for Contract and Permanent assignments
• Interviewing and screening potential consultants including: face-to-face and phone interviews and reference checking.
• Passing leads to sales generation from recruitment activity.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years sales experience with a proven track-record
• Some technical knowledge of infrastructure & applications development positions and technologies is desired
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Sales oriented; strong interpersonal and team player skills
