At IPRC, www.iprc.nl, we are interested to get in touch with contract recruiters who are interested in remote work (projects only on a hourly basis). Please note that our clients are mostly hiring in Europe and therefore often require fluency in two or more languages.

Hey Andrea - you should check out the ERE job board. It has dozens of job postings for recruiters. This one in particular says that location is flexible, but I do not know if it is telecommuting.
