This is my first time using a network like this. It's exciting! I'm hoping to get referrals out of this and great connections with other recruiters.

I'm having some trouble. I specialize in Sales/Sales Management recruiting for a number of clients within various industries. And I have to tell you - the people on the job boards aren't fun to work with!
