We are looking to transition to a web based (SaaS model) ATS closer to retained search practice and we are running Mac platform.
Any recommendations?

You should contact Dave Staats. ( you can look him up here on RecruitingBlogs.com) He swears by the system he uses. Not sure though if he uses a Mac but....
My personal recommendation is Hiredesk. Check is out at www.talenttech.com
Have a look at The Mongoose Recruitment System (www.mongooserec.eu). Web based and very cost effective!
Hi

You should contact Recruitment Software Specialists they can tell you the solution, but personally i would recommend you swiftpro's CVplus Visual Recruitment Software and please visit www.swiftpro.com for more details
What version of Mac OS and Safari are you currently running?
Check out www.theresumator.com This site makes hiring simple and the best part is there is a 30 day risk free trial!
I'll say upfront: I'm biased. I think you should look at CATS (www.catsone.com)

That said, take advantage of the free trials and demos from multiple companies. Many ATS providers offer them and it allows you to delve in and get a feel for each program.

I'm a learner by experience... don't give me a textbook, throw me in the fire. If that's your cup of tea - dive in and find which system best fits your needs.

And feel free to ask if you have any questions about CATS.
Catsone. Excellent value for money.
Have a look at Zoho Recruit - a collaborative and cost-effective Applicant Tracking System.
Hey Reza, this discussion has been open for 2 years & 4 months!!! Still evaluating, I suppose :(

There are many good options for SaaS ATS, applicant tracking systems.

Several candidates to consider are:

- NewtonSoftware, www.newtonsoftware.com

- ApplicantStack, www.applicantstack.om

- PCRecuriter, www.pcrecruiter.com

- Taleo, www.taleo.com

A good way to evaluate what is right for you is to:

i) determine your specific needs,

ii) think about whether you want a more simple, easy-to-use system or a more sophisticated, but harder to learn system,

iii) define your budget,

iv) look at a few product demos,

v) sign up for a free product trial of the top 1 or 2 candidates.

Best of luck.
