As some of you may know I am new to recruitment blogging. I have started a blog i named the sourcing corner. I know, not too creative but it conveys the idea. I just wanted a forum to explore sourcing philosophies, techniques, and competencies. It is nice to have a blog about blogging in our industry. I have been well received but I do have questions about how to maximize the exposure and such.
