Advice for New recruiters.
hi all! new to the site, just started agency recruiting this past fall so I'm very new to the business and so far I'm loving it. I have a great boss, great team that I work with and 3 months into the game I've got a lot of deals on the table that are close to closing.
On the very first day at my new job, my boss called a meeting for me to meet everyone on our team and had each person go around offering office to the 'rookie'. I got some pretty good feedback. Was just curious what kind of advice some of the more experienced recruiters on here might offer to a new guy in the field?
