After 12 years recruiting and now being out on my own. I've realized I still hate picking up the phone making cold calls when the pipeline gets empty. Something in me wants to just sit back and have old clients CALL ME. I will go to great lengths to get new business without dialing! I think it's because I feel like a rookie all over again.. Haven't I been there and done that?

In my short years of experience this is a fast way to go broke..
I'm not real smart but I do know this.... DO WHAT YOU DON'T WANNA DO MORE!
