I know this has been asked alot, but I am looking for a system with great customer service, social recruitment, outlook integration,career portal, EASY to use (intuitive from a recruiter's perspective), good search engine, always innovating..

I DON"T need back office, alot of training, a ticket process to get to customer service, a big workflow process, pricing based on number of candidates or jobs, a FREE for life service (necessarily)

It would also be great if I could not have to email my resumes into the system....

 

I am looking for options other than the following:  Sendouts, Bullhorn, Brightmove, Maxhire, Hiredesk.. and would like to keep the budget under $100/month per user...

I currently have over 8000 candidates and run about 15 jobs a month (just to put things in perspective)..Also, I am a niche recruiter.  This will be my third system...as I have tried 2 of the above mentioned already...

CATS ( www.catsone.com ) is a pretty robust, intuitive and functional system for a smaller firm.  Very integrated, great tracking...
