What has been your experience recruiting virtual organization executives for your organization? By that I mean C-level executives working in a 100% virtual organization environment.  

 

We use a very unorthodox, complex and sophisticated Symphonic Recruitment Model for recruiting all C-level executives which eventually culminates in a final step of the process:  admission in a 90-day training program at VOMI Virtual Organization Academy (see http://shortlinks.virtualorganizationinstitute.com/yvadn ).
