Dear Friends,
As we all know that for any recruiter the numbers/closer he/she make are the biggest drivers. Apart from the numbers what are other drivers/motivators for any recruiter which would keep him alive in the business.

I am one of those rare recruiters who's motivator is not numbers. I enjoy recruiting because I enjoy connecting the dots & helping others. It is a rush when I do help someone get that job they desire. I also love the relationship piece of it. Working with managers & getting to know candidates is what keeps me going. I love challenges also. Tell me I can't do something, or it can't be done and I will find a way to get it done.

But many a time the perceived sense of achievement ... reinforcing the confidence ... every time you get a closure is what propels the recruiter forward to explore the next challenge. :-)

But as Yogi mentioned numbers are the highly perceived sense of achievement, higher the number, higher the success.
