Cambodia Recruiter

Hi

I am new to RBC. I own and operate an agency in Phnom Penh, Cambodia employing about 8 consultants. We have been in the market for 6 years and I'm happy to answer questions on the Cambodia labour market or HR/recruitment issues here. I'm also interested in taking business enquiries.

I am not in the business of exporting Cambodia labour overseas, I am not licensed to do that and not involved in that business.

Hi Tim

the market here is too small for a specialised company, we work in telco, fmcg, nutrition, pharma, lottery and on and on for sales and marketing. We work in garment and light industry as well as tackling IT posts. People come to us for everything so my consultants are used to it though we distribute jobs according to team strengths. If we say we specialise in anything it's local talent for foreign owned/foreign managed companies.

Apart from job-boards pretending to be agencies I have about 4 serious competitors in the country! And our economy is growing at 6%p.a. admittedly from a low base.
