Candidate Splits!

Hi fellow recruiters,

I recently developed a unique software application for split placements. Jobboo is a "shareable" candidate database for all recruiters. Candidate's key skills are shared, but you must work directly with the candidate owner recruiter to reach the candidate. As a 4 year independent recruiter, I really saw a need for this and know you would see tangible increases in your hires. I am offering free beta testing for those who are intersted. Can we get a sense for how the service will be charged? Is it a monthly fee, % of placement, etc.? I haven't had a chance to visit yet - but I sure will. Thanks Julie.
