Candidate Splits!

Hi fellow recruiters,

I recently developed a unique software application for split placements. Jobboo is a "shareable" candidate database for all recruiters. Candidate's key skills are shared, but you must work directly with the candidate owner recruiter to reach the candidate. As a 4 year independent recruiter, I really saw a need for this and know you would see tangible increases in your hires. I am offering free beta testing for those who are intersted. Sure! I'm offering several options...I, like you, have been an independent recruiter for many years with limited $$ for overhead. With Monster and CB being so expensive anywhere from 10-20K, it's not a viable option for small agencies. With Jobboo becoming a large searchable database, I wanted it priced affordably. Our introductory packages are as follows: Annual at $799/with 1 month free, monthly at $66.99 or quarterly at $199.99. Jobboo will not act as an escrow or handle any of the recruiter's commissions, this will all be done between recruiters. We have put several security and reporting measures in place to ensure a proper "honor system" is honored.
