One of our favorite clients, a well established and exciting company, is experiencing rapid growth and adding to staff. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced technical recruiter who has both agency and corporate side experience and who wants to help build a growing company. You may also be a contract recruiter who is ready to settle into a full-time corporate position.
You'll be supporting divisions across the enteprise and should ideally have a broad background in technical recruiting from software engineers to IT support positions. You will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, support groups located out of state and be an aggressive sourcer, recruiter and closer. You are up on the latest sourcing techniques and are a skilled interviewer and influencer. You are also passionate about representing a great company and your enthusiasm will be contagious to the candidates you reach out to via many different sources, including cold calling.
