City of Madison wants to be a matchmaker between job seekers & employers, needs platform

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on this topic. Our City really wants to help people and job seekers through a portal or platform that would allow free job postings & resume database. I thought I would ask around for suggestions before giving them my recommendation. I believe that other cities may have gone through this already, so no need to reinvent the wheel so to speak.
