I have a boutique recruiting practice in renewable energy and I've decided to add another recruiter on a 1099, working only on commission. I'm looking for a simple "commission agreement" template that we can adapt so that everything is clear and there will be only goodwill, cooperation and no misunderstanding or unproductive competition.

Does anyone have a template they can share or know where I can find one?
