I am the Recruiting Manager of a small technical recruiting team that specializes in contract and contract-to-hire placements. My manager has asked me to come up with a compensation plan that would pay me a bonus based on the performance of the team. I have never worked under this structure and have found little information available on line. Can someone provide me a sample comp plan?
The plans vary from company to company. Most of what I've seen is a percentage of the 'spread'. 5% or 10% or some variation of the monthly/quarterly profits (not billing, but the 'profits').
