You will find 2 types of sourcing companies out there, phone sourcing and internet sourcing. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting, they are apples and oranges.

We do all of our sourcing in-house so we stay up-to-date on the topic. Feel free to email me for more information.

One company that I have used successfully in 3 different environments is Velocity Resource Group. They may seem expensive at first, $700 per search, but they scrape all the boards for you and put the candidates online so that your recruiters can spend time calling versus searching for more.
