I'm wondering if it's a common practice to leverage professional recruiting firms to seek franchisees.
We pay $25k for each placed franchisee.
Our ideal candidate:
Has business development or sales experience
Is mid to late career
Is interested in managing employees
I have a technology franchise (TechVooFranchise.com) and we can place candidates who may not have known that what they want to do could have this alternate path of owning a computer repair/IT consulting store. I included our brochure for some more background info.
