Do SimplyHired and Indeed spell the demise of costly job boards?

Job integrators such as Indeed and SimplyHired are getting increasingly popular amongst job seekers. So if these two sites keep gaining more candidates, I wonder how it is going to impact the business for costly job boards such as Dice and Monster.

As Recruiter, one can just submit the job req to SH/Indeed...and it gets many many eyeballs. Why spend on Dice/Monster?

Would like to know what others think on this...?

You cannot post a job on Indeed and simplynhired and paying for clicks doesnt mean getting good candidates. When you pay for clicks, thats exactly what you get...Unfortunatley I was looking for a pediatric nurse in Dallas...not clicks.
