The other day we discussed ways to increase twitters potential for recruiting
and sourcing. We came to the conclusion that you need to provide the twitter
community with simple but effective search tools in order to enable people
without advanced search knowledge to use twitter effectively for their

jobsearch. In a first attempt to do so, we created www.jobtweet.de , a basic
twitter job search engine offering an English and a German version. Try it out
and let me know whether you think twitter has the potential to turn into a
real-time sourcing/recruiting platform, if more and better jobsearch tools are made
available?
