Vice President of Sales – Staff Augmentation

POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President Sales/Staff Augmentation has primary responsibility for profitable revenue growth. The position directs all sales activity within the Staff Augmentation division, and ensures retention and expansion of staffing services to existing and new clients. This is a key leadership position within the organization, and must maintain effective business relationships with clients, consultants, recruiters, and internal customers. 

Vice President of Sales – Business Process Outsourcing

POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President Sales/BPO has primary responsibility for profitable revenue growth. The position directs all sales activity within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division, and ensures retention and expansion of services to existing and new clients.  This is a key position within the organization, and must maintain effective business relationships with clients, consultants, and internal customers.  Individuals must have a passion for Business Process Outsourcing.
