Looking for experienced recruiters with demonstrated success in placing Healthcare Professionals, Physicians, CEO's, Directors, Nurses and Allied Health. Must have a proven track record in commission based recruiting.
Requirements:
-Executive, sales and/or management skills
-Collaborate on healthcare candidate placements through our unique software system and database of healthcare positions and candidates -Utilize our Agent approach to aid healthcare practitioners in locating preferred positions
-Evaluate candidates qualifications and goals to place them in qualified healthcare facilities that match their needs
-Build and develop professional relationships with healthcare facilities -Work within a Health Career Agents offices operation
-Ability to work remotely from a home-office a must
-Time management skills a top priority -Build and cultivate strong professional relationships
