Have you checked out the on-demand trainings at the Recruiter Training Center?

Depends on what you are looking for, however, there are many ways to recruit through FB. Mainly I use it as a name generation tool, be careful when you are messaging someone, do it too often and FB will disable your profile, so find the people you want then use alternative media to contact them. I also like to xray the site...any questions feel free to message me.
