This has been my biggest challenge. I have been in the business a long time, had firm over 100 employees -sold that...thought I was done but after a few years I am not...So as an Independent, still need help with someone making those initial calls, the finding of talent. Have Great Clients -been a big challenge. Does anyone want to really work anymore? I am now experimenting...2-3 teleRecruiters...candidate generation only. Salary + perk if the person they provide, etc. Going to try it for 60 days....What other methods are Independent's using??? What works????
