I started writing Bonus Track over three years ago, in February of 2009.  It has been the greatest challenge, as well as the greatest thing I have ever done for me, personally, and for my career.  

Why?  Because I have learned to see lessons in work & life more clearly and it  has provided clarity in decisions and directions.  Writing it all down has been key.

This week I have written about job search and firings, steps in career maintenance and management tips.  Some stories get easier to tell, some never will.
