Hello all,
I manage the recruiting function for a smaller St. Louis Staffing firm that places IT professionals within local clients.  We are looking for creative ways to identify and grow talent for our Recruiting team, however being a small company we all wear different hats and do not have the capacity to dedicate a full-time person to training.  I'm looking for suggestions on some formal training (prefer web-based but will consider sending) to help teach some of the IT basics - terminology, the various IT roles and their normal duties, etc.  Anyone have any thoughts, please let me know.
