I vote tribe. Then re-name Recruitfest! a pow-wow and everyone can wear elaborate headdresses and beat those drums again.

Exchange 'bands' with 'candidates' and 'states' with employers.

We poach candidates, target companies and hunt down job orders. ;)

Of course there's a murder of ravens...might apply to recruiters today. Then there are the terms for bear (a sleuth) and cockroaches (an intrusion).
